This 55-minute program is designed to systematically awaken the entire body without unnecessary pressure on the joints. We combine gentle stretching, core stabilization, and breathing techniques that immediately lower stress levels. This is time dedicated solely to you—where age becomes just a number and movement brings joy once again.
Who it’s for: Active seniors (50+), beginners, and "eternal beginners" looking for functional movement and a community of like-minded people.
Difficulty: Moderate. The pace is adapted to the group, with an emphasis on safety and proper alignment in every position.
