These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the legal relations between NEONKA o.z., with its registered office at Cottbuská 10, 040 23 Košice, ID No.: 51 737 582 (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and every person who is a Customer of the services offered by the Provider.

The Provider is also the operator of the website www.neonka.sk (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
The Customer is any natural person interested in the services offered by the Provider who has accepted the Provider's price offer. The Customer is a Consumer, meaning a natural person who does not act within the scope of their business activity when concluding a contract under these GTC.
Services refer to the services offered by the Provider, specifically:
Provision of group exercise services,
Provision of online live workout video services,
Provision of online archived workout video services.
The Contract refers to the Service Provision Contract, the content of which is the provision of services selected by the Customer.
The competent authority for supervising legality in the field of consumer protection is:
SOI Inspectorate for the Košice Region (Inšpektorát Slovenskej obchodnej inšpekcie so sídlom v Košiciach), Vrátna 3, P. O. BOX A-35, 040 65 Košice.
Any complaints or suggestions may be addressed directly to the Provider at: recepcia@neonka.sk. Complaints will be assessed and handled within 10 business days.
The Provider provides services exclusively to Customers who have a user profile created on the Website. Registration is free.
To use services, the Customer must purchase credits via their user profile or in person at any of the Provider’s premises.
Upon sending an order for credits and paying the purchase price, the Customer receives an email confirmation—this moment constitutes the conclusion of the Contract.
If a Customer has sufficient credits, they may book a specific service (exercise). Upon booking, credits are deducted from the user profile.
The Contract is concluded for a fixed term—until the full provision of the service at the agreed date and time.
Prices include VAT at the statutory rate. The price of the service is known to the Customer before submitting the order.
No additional fees for delivery are charged as the services are provided on-site or online.
By booking a service, the Customer confirms they are in good health and fit for physical exercise.
Credit Validity: The Customer must make at least one booking within 90 days of purchasing credits. Otherwise, the contract expires and unused credits are forfeited without a refund. Each new booking extends the validity of all remaining credits by another 90 days.
Recovery of Forfeited Credits: If a Customer purchases new credits within six months of the expiration of the previous contract, the forfeited credits will be restored (up to the amount of the new purchase).
Online Services: Live videos are accessible via the user profile at the scheduled time. The Provider is not responsible for the Customer’s failure to log in or for poor internet connection.
Cancellation Policy for Group Exercises:
More than 24 hours before: No penalty (100% refund of credits).
12 to 24 hours before: 10% penalty.
6 to 12 hours before: 20% penalty.
3 to 6 hours before: 80% penalty.
Less than 3 hours before: 100% penalty (no refund).
Payments are made via electronic credits.
Credit card payments via the website are subject to a processing fee of €0.99 (including VAT).
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion.
Withdrawal must be sent in writing (letter or email) to the Provider’s address.
If the service provision has already begun with the Consumer's explicit consent, the Consumer only pays for the portion of the service actually provided up to the date of withdrawal.
The Customer may file a complaint regarding:
The scope of the service.
The timeliness of the service.
The correctness of the price.
Complaints can be sent to recepcia@neonka.sk or delivered in person.
The Provider shall determine the method of handling the complaint immediately (or within 3 days in complex cases). The settlement of the complaint must not take longer than 30 days.
If the defect can be removed, the Customer has the right to a free and timely remedy or a substitute service.
If the defect cannot be removed, the Customer has the right to a substitute service, a discount, or a full refund (withdrawal from the contract).
