    BOOTY&CORE is a specialized strength-based circuit training, designed for maximum targeting of the abdominals and glutes. Forget about random exercises; this program uses focused strength stimuli to ensure your glutes and core gain firmness, strength, and shape.

    BOOTY&CORE is a workout designed to lead you toward both your aesthetic and functional goals. The training is structured to provide high-intensity loading of your core muscles (abdominals and glutes) while allowing for sufficient recovery during the session. The intensity leads to increased calorie burning, resulting in firm and sculpted muscles. The aesthetic effect is accompanied by a strength increase in these areas, improving overall body functionality and stability—since the abdominal and gluteal muscles are vital stabilizers for the spine, pelvis, and knees.

    Two Pillars of Your Progress:

    1. BOOTY (Glutes) We utilize the most effective integrated (compound) strength exercises, such as squats, lunges, and hip thrusts, combined with isolated movements that target only the glutes. The goal is to firm and lift while increasing strength and stabilizing the pelvis and lower back. Weak glutes are a common cause of both back and knee pain.

    2. CORE (Abdominals) Forget about hundreds of crunches. We focus on complex exercises that strengthen your abdominals comprehensively and effectively. These movements target both the outer and deep muscle layers, leading to a "tucked-in" stomach effect and an optically smaller waistline, even without immediate fat loss in the area. Strong abdominals ensure better posture and a leaner waist.
