This training is suitable for both men and women of all levels. Whether you want to shed extra pounds or build functional strength, our circuit will prepare you for the demands of daily life as well as future athletic performances. Depending on your goal, you can choose from two specific versions:
1. Strength Circuit – Building Mass and Power This version focuses on working with heavier weights and controlled movement. The goal is to firm up muscles, shape the physique, and increase maximal strength at individual stations.
Ideal for: Those who want a firm, muscular body and progress in strength performance.
Focus: Presses, squats, pulls, and working with external resistance.
2. Cardio-Strength Circuit – Fat Burn and Endurance A mix of high-intensity strength exercises and cardio elements. Shorter breaks and a faster pace keep your heart rate high, ensuring extreme calorie expenditure and improved "cardio" (lung capacity).
Ideal for: Those who want to lose weight effectively, define their muscles, and improve overall conditioning.
