CREDITS, BOOKING, AND WAITING LIST

• Booking: You can sign up for a class only if you have sufficient credit on your electronic profile.
• Topping Up: Credits can be topped up at the reception or via our secure online payment gateway.
• Transfer: You can transfer your credit to another NEONKA user's profile.
• Validity: Credit is valid for 90 days (approx. 3 months) from your last attended class.
• Usage: Credits are intended for purchasing training sessions unless otherwise agreed. They cannot be used for massages or other procedures. Individual prices are listed next to each session.
• Refunds: Unused credit is non-refundable. You may transfer it to a friend, but this does not extend its original validity.
• Waiting List: If a class is full, you can join the waiting list. If a spot opens up, you will be notified via email or SMS. The waiting list closes 3 hours before the session starts. At that time, everyone who secured a spot will receive a confirmation email. Those remaining on the waiting list will be informed and their credit will be refunded.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your booking at any time, subject to the cancellation policy below.
• Benefit Cards: MultiSport and UpBalansea cards cannot be used for NEONKA special events or workshops.

• Note: Cancellation rules do not apply to NEONKA events and special workshops. These have a 100% cancellation fee regardless of when the reservation is canceled
  
  

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your booking:

• More than 24 hours before the session: Free (No charge)
• 24 to 12 hours before: 10% fee deducted from the class price.
• 12 to 6 hours before: 20% fee deducted from the class price.
• 6 to 3 hours before: 80% fee deducted from the class price.
• Less than 3 hours before: 100% fee deducted (No refund).
