The workout begins with a warm-up that includes dynamic stretching exercises and cardiovascular activities.
The main part of the workout is divided into three sections:
Pilates: Focuses on strengthening the core, including the abdominal muscles, back muscles, and pelvic floor. Exercises are based on Pilates principles such as movement control, centralization, and proper breathing.
Strength Training: Targets the upper and lower body muscles. Exercises are based on strength training principles, including bodyweight work and a focus on proper technique.
Power Yoga: Aims to improve flexibility and mobility. Exercises follow Power Yoga principles, incorporating dynamic activation of individual muscle groups and controlled breathing.
The workout ends with a cool-down that includes static stretching exercises.

HOW OFTEN:
This is a strength and toning workout, so for best results it’s ideal to combine it with cardio classes such as BODYATTACK or BODYCOMBAT.
For optimal results, we recommend training at least twice a week, but we believe in the philosophy that everyone should break a sweat every day. Let’s do this!
