All the exercises in CXWORX have the option of simplifying them, so even if the training is difficult, it is still suitable for everyone and especially for beginners. The instructor who is specially trained shows you the correct technique to make the exercise efficient and bring results. The exercise is performed by resistance bands, weight plates and of course with your bodyweight. Each CXWORX class is focused on technique. The technique is the key to a strong and firm body. CXWORX is a great option for all of you who have a sedentary job and back pain. It only takes 30 minutes and is therefore suitable also for beginners. Even the experienced athletes can find out where their weaknesses lie. 

HOW TO START?

  • Listen to the instructor and the possibilities he offers to make the exercise easier. That way you will be able to finish the whole class.

RESULTS:

  • firmer body core in 30 minutes. If it took longer than 30 minutes, it would needlessly strain your spine.
  • You will learn how to use your muscles responsible for optimal posture. 

COMBINATION AND RECOMMENDED FREQUENCY:

  • CXWORX is suitable to combine with cardio exercises such as BODYCOMBAT or BODYATTACK or GRIT.
