- Start with two classes per week.

COMBINATION and RECOMMENDED FREQUENCY:
Les Mills TONE is a connection of three training programs in one, after completing this one successfully it will be necessary to divide and make the individual blocks longer. Therefore we recommend incorporating cardio programs BODYATTACK, BODYCOMBAT, BODYSTEP or training programs on bikes – RPM or THE TRIP. For improving your strength qualities and forming beautiful shapes it is best to add BODYPUMP or GRIT (version STRENGTH). To develop strength of your core as the third part of the program LM TONE it is ideal to start also with CXWORX. We recommend training at least two times per week in the beginning and then increase the number of individual combined training programs in order to achieve quicker results.
