    Pregnancy is a beautiful period which places demands on a woman. Physical as well as mental changes occur. Therefore future moms should attend prenatal courses or do exercises intended for pregnant women, while a qualified instructor helps cope with this period in a better way. The exercises are suitable for pregnant women and they have a positive influence on pregnancy and the development of the labour.

    The main goal is to put women in a positive mood and boost their confidence before the forthcoming l

    For all the pregnant women whose pregnancy has a physiological development, are healthy and feel fin

    Also for beginners

    In class we use fitballs and resistance bands. The exercise is intended also for beginners.

     

    What is the exercise focused on?

    • On muscle relaxation,
    • loosening the lower back,
    • exercising hip joints and muscles of the pelvic floor,
    • pregnancy gymnastics,
    • specific breathing method,
    • practice of correct breathing and pushing,
    • practice of body positions that enable easing.

    Why start with this kind of exercise? 

    • It boosts self-confidence of pregnant women,
    • puts you in a positive mood,
    • helps overcome anxiety,
    • maintains adequate weight gain,
    • prevents possible complications during pregnancy,
    • improves postnatal recovery,
    • women after childbirth lose weight more easily,

    • the body is better prepared for giving birth,
    • exercises are easy and each pregnant woman can manage to do them.
