    A 30-minute long interval training program, which makes use of indoor bikes for achieving desired results. It is intensive, easy, unique, it is for evreyone who wants to improve their performance not only on bikes.

    During the training, the instructor uses so-called floor coaching, which means they are not confined to the bike but he moves among clients and helps them with the correct technique and also helps them excel themselves. SPRING is a smart choice in your weekly training programme, because to achieve better results, you do not need to add more and more hours of training sessions. It is enough to increase the intensity and shorten the time of training.

    RESULTS:

    •  it helps burn calories even hours after your training (EPOC – scientifically proven and based on practice),
    • it helps burn 9% more fat and it is 17% more efficient than traditional cardio exercise (treadmill running, etc.).
