    55 minutes, an easy and fun workout, which helps you burn loads of calories, strengthen the body, but mainly abs, arms, legs and bottom. While having fun and toning our body, we will lose weight and we will easily go through the basic technique of punches and kicks. If you need to vent your anger (on your boss or husband), then this type of workout will definitely help you. When pumped up music meets a crazy instructor, you will have a complete romp.

    HOW TO START? 

    • You can start anytime, regardless of your previous experience with any martial art or sport.
    • Listen to your instructor and choose the simplified versions of exercises,
    • start with 1 – 2 classes per week and soon you will be training as a champion without a break.

    RESULTS:

    • it helps tone and firm up your arms, shoulders, buttocks, legs, and mainly abs,
    • It burns calories and increases your fitness level,
    • improves your coordination, agility and speed.
    • One training session equals 1 700 sit-ups.

    COMBINATION and RECOMMENDED FREQUENCY:

    • BODYCOMBAT is focused on cardio, therefore it is suitable to combine it with training designated for body toning, such as BODYPUMP, CXWORKX or GRIT.
    • We recommend training at least two times per week in the beginning and then increase the number of individual combined training in order to speed up your results and achieve the desired body curves.
