THREE STEPS REGISTRATION

1. Register yourself by filling the registration form.
2. In your mailbox you can find our email with the link you need to click on or insert to your browser.
3. Now you can sing up for your 1st training for FREE. (Not suitable fot trainings SM System, FIT MOMS, Child exercise a Exercise for pregnand) 

CREDITS, SIGN UP, WAITING ROOM

1. You can sing up for the training just if you have enough of credits on your electronic account. Credit can be recharged on reception or through our secure payment gateway. Credit can be transferred to another user account in NEONKA. Credit validity is 90 day since the last training (approx. 3 months). Credit is designated only for training purchase. Price per one training is listed separately for each training.
2. Sign up for the training is possible even if it is fully occupied, you will get to the waiting room. If there is a vacancy and you are in order, you will receive an email or SMS from us. Possibility to sing up for the waiting room ends 3 hours before the training. At this time, everyone who gets to the exercise will receive an email, that is expected. To those who are still in waiting room will be sent an email about not getting to the exercise and the credit will be returned.
3. You can sign off the exercise at any time. The sign off rules explained in next paragraph apply.

SIGN OFF RULES

• Without losing you credit you can sign off the exercise 24 hours before.
• You can sign off the exercise in between 24 and 12 hours before the exercise, but you will be charged 10% of exercise cost.
• You can sign off the exercise in between 12 and 6 hours before the exercise, but you will be charged 20 % of exercise cost.
• You can sign off the exercise in between 6 and 3 hours before the exercise, but you will be charged 80 % of exercise cost.
• You can sign off the class in between 3 and 0 hours before the training, but you will be charged 100 % of exercise cost.

CONCLUSION´S GOOD ADVICES

• Remember you exercise on your own responsibility. Therefore, we recommend to listen trainer´s instructions.
• We exercise in clean shoes.
• Have enough of fluids with you.
• Bring towel on exercises with you.
• Children do not belong to the fitness centre and on exercises.
