You lose weight and firm your

The first half of this training program is devoted to jumping, having fun and burning calories on the trampoline. The second half is dedicated to body firming. You will find elements of a HIIT workout, and also elements of a strength workout and work with weights. The aim of this training program is to maximize the burning effect as well as to firm the upper and lower part of your body.

HOW TO START?

  • The class FIT AND BODY is intended for beginners as well as advanced athletes.
  • The class FIT AND BODY is intended to firm and tone the curves of your body.
  • It is enough to listen to the instructor and his instructions. 

WHAT DOES FIT AND BODY MEAN?

  • Medium and high pace.
  • The class takes 55 minutes.
  • The explanation of steps while warming up is quick.
  • The exercises make up a high intensity training.
  • Various exercises are performed with different aids or only your bodyweight.
  • Calories are burnt optimally.

RESULTS with JUMPING: 

  • calorie-burner,
  • curve toning,
  • intended for people who have problems with their knees or joints,
  • fun exercise accompanied by great music. 

COMBINATION AND RECOMMENDED FREQUENCY: 

  • Exercising is the best when in group. It is enough to check our schedule and select a training session from our wide choice.
  • JUMPING is suitable to combine with the popular BODYPUMP or CXWORX.
  • To achieve results and burn calories, we recommend jumping at least twice a week. If you find it really easy, then increase the number of trainings.
