GRIT - HIIT

Interval training.

Grit is an interval workout also called HIIT (high intensity interval training). The basic ingredient of this training is intensity. Each client chooses their own intensity, therefore this workout is suitable for everyone, but it is mostly recommended to those who want to reach their goals faster. The intervals are various. You can also find the interval called TABATA. They are suggested for you to make you of the whole training block which takes only 30 minutes.

30 minutes

One training only 30 minutes. Save your time and money but do not spare yourself and your results.

EPOC efekt

It burns fat hours after the training thanks to EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption).

 

The instructor uses so-called floor-coaching, which means he isn’t static on the stage but he moves among clients and helps them excel. GRIT is a smart choice in a weekly training programme, because to achieve better results, you do not need to add more and more hours of training. It is enough to increase the intensity of the training and then you can easily shorten the training time.

FORMS of GRIT training:

  • STRENGTH - training of whole body strength by the interval training HIIT, weight support bars and plates are used. 
  • ATHLETIC (PLYO) -training of explosiveness, jumps, leaps, agility, strength and speed activation. Steppers and plates are used.
  • CARDIO - training of speed, only by using your bodyweight.

COMBINATION AND RECOMMENDED FREQUENCY :

  • GRIT in NEONKA is combined with the training CXWORX, that way we can gain more in one class in comparison with other training sessions.
  • It is ideal to combine this training with BODYPUMP or BODYCOMBAT.
  • For achieving results we recommend training GRIT + CX at least once or twice per week.
